The fry cart comes to weddings, quinceañeras, graduations and company evenings across the Tucson basin. Two of us pipe and fry at your party, in front of your guests, about three churros and one dip each, and nobody eats a churro that has been out of the oil more than a few minutes.

What You Get
Two of us working the cart for the whole service, piping, frying and sugaring in front of your guests.
The fryer and our own propane. The oil is changed before every event, whatever it fried the day before.
A canopy over the cart, and our own lighting for evening service.
The sugar station, rolling every churro in 4 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon as it comes out.
Three dips: Mexican-style hot chocolate, cajeta and chile-mango, about one cup per guest.
Two hours of frying. Setup takes 45 minutes before service and breakdown 30 minutes after, and neither is billed.
- 300 Guests The most one cart serves

Your side of it
What We Need From You
- 10×10ft A Level Outdoor Pitch For the cart and the canopy
- 20ft From Any Entrance Clear of every building door
- 1 Outdoor Power Outlet A standard one, for the lights only
- 6ft Cart Access A clear way in for a cart that long
We bring everything else: propane, fryer, canopy, sugar station and lighting. When you write, tell us what the surface is, grass, paving or gravel. It has to be level, because a fryer full of hot oil does not forgive a slope.

From Marisol
A Job We Are Proud Of
The cart's best night was a wedding in the foothills, the summer the monsoon came in at half past seven. We ran 640 churros in 90 minutes under the canopy while the rain came down sideways. When the last batch was going in, the bride's grandmother asked if she could pipe them, so she did, and her cuts were straighter than mine.

What We Turn Down
-
Frying Indoors
Hot oil and a propane burner belong in open air, so a venue without an outdoor pitch is a venue the cart cannot work.
-
Parties Under 50 Guests
Below 50 the cart is more equipment than party. Order pickup trays from the stand instead, at $42 for 24 classics.
-
Events Past 60 Miles
Further than 60 miles from downtown Tucson, the cart spends more of the day on the road than at the fryer.
-
Unattended Drop-Offs
A churro goes soft about 20 minutes after it leaves the oil, so if we are not there frying, you are not getting a Munchoro churro.
-
Colored Dough or Sugar Logos
One dough, the same water-and-flour ratio every batch, rolled in the same cinnamon sugar. We do not color or flavor it, stencil logos in sugar, or fry anything that came from another kitchen.
