$9 a guest, at least 3 weeks' notice. Work out the cost first.

From June 1 to September 15 the weekday fryer lights at 5:00 pm. Weekends stay the same.

Trays are collected at the stand during the hours above. The cart travels free within 25 miles of downtown Tucson and as far as 60 for a booking.
A reply note
Event Bookings: Mondays and Tuesdays
Marisol answers event cart inquiries on Mondays and Tuesdays, which are her days away from the stand.
So an event question sent on a Thursday gets its answer the following Monday. Count that in when you work back from the 3 weeks' notice, or the 8 weeks for an October to December Saturday.
